# turning business logic into code

The Journey

As a business analyst, I spent years navigating limitations. "It's impossible" was a phrase I heard too often when trying to optimize workflows. This frustration became my catalyst.

"It's not impossible. You just haven't found a way yet." β€” AJ

Professional Roadmap

2007 β€” 2013

Head of Cashier & Pricing Analyst @ real,- Hypermarket

Managed diverse teams across pricing and front-end operations. I established data foundations for pricing strategies and served as Head of Cashier, where I managed high-volume store operations and team development plans for over 100 employees.

2013 β€” 2024

Head of Cashier, Contact Center Coordinator & Business Analyst @ Auchan Retail

The Catalyst: In 2013, I led the front-end integration during the Auchan acquisition of real,-. I managed the transition for the cashier department, training 100+ staff on new systems and procedures to ensure a seamless merger.

This path led me to become a Contact Center Coordinator and Business Analyst for the Loyalty & Care department. As a Salesforce specialist, I audited complex datasets and managed KPIs. I identified massive friction in manual processes and decided to stop just analyzing problems and start coding the solutions.

2025 β€” PRESENT

Software & Automation Specialist

Leveraging 15+ years of operational experience to build technical solutions that solve real business problems. I focus on developing Python automation tools, custom data cleaning scripts, and AI-driven workflows (RAG) that eliminate the repetitive tasks I spent my earlier career navigating. I turn complex business logic into production-ready code.

Have a manual process that needs to disappear?
